You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our site design or software without our prior written permission.

2. User-Submitted Content

Photos, descriptions, and other content that users upload (“User Content”) remain the property of the user who submitted them. By uploading User Content, you confirm that you own the content or have the necessary rights to share it, and you grant MyCardVault a license to display it as described in our Terms of Service.

3. Trademark Disclaimer

MyCardVault is a platform for collectors to showcase their own collections. References to sports leagues, teams, card manufacturers, trading card games, or other brands (including but not limited to MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, and Pokémon) are used solely to describe and categorize user collections. All related names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. MyCardVault is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these organizations.

4. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

MyCardVault respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to our designated contact at support@mycardvault.vip that includes:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• A description of, and location (URL) of, the material you claim is infringing
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe content you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to support@mycardvault.vip that includes your identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court to resolve the dispute.

6. Repeat Infringers

We may, in our discretion, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
